An old mini-bike hooked me on the need to know how machines functioned. My father nearly fainted when I proceeded to disassemble a new minibike in the basement as a child. It was this mechanical thinking that guided me to computer service and repair early in life.

I was welcomed to The Martin Agency in the spring of 1993 after working at multiple computer shops in Richmond. I attended training on many product lines, but it was Apple certification that brought me to the agency. I have worked in most areas of Information Technology and the aggregated skills provided me broad knowledge on how technology enhances the user experience. For the last 4 years I have focused on creating a team of individuals who empower the agency staff to do great work, test new technology, and foster a strong relationship with our partners.

 I am big VCU fan, love to brew my own beer, and an avid fisherman. If I'm unavailable, I'm probably on the water trying to catch that elusive 40” Striper. Learn more.
