Below are just a few of the successful projects I have managed. Infrastructure and customer service are my primary focus. In the past 5 years I have been involved with a major unified communications design and install, a migration from Cisco to Juniper for routing and switching, storage platform upgrades, business continuity, and many customer service projects. I also manage our hardware leases and the majority of our vendor relationships.
